Description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for key deliverables including generating reports for sales forecasts, sales opportunity tracking, sales performance, and supply plans
  • Assist sales teams in providing accurate analytic reports as need
  • Implement and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
  • Implement and maintain metrics of customer forecast and fulfillment including historical data analysis, waterfall analysis, trending analysis etc
  • Work closely with operations and sales teams to drive process improvement for existing CRMs including workflow, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, finance, or program management preferably within the Semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases: Oracle SQL Developer, Create database objects, Create and debug SQL queries & Load data into tables, validate and fix as appropriate.
  • Programming skill with database management & data analysis using Python or R.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a must ; Excel macro programming skill is a plus
  • High degree of computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Sales Tools and ERP Tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce…etc.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

 

Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $70,200 - $110,000.
Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills and experience, and
the pay of employees in the similar role.
